Half-a-hundred has been reached
Last year it was 49-0 at the break against North Texas.
On Saturday, the Sooners have reached 50 with about five minutes to go in the first half.
OU has gone 7-of-7 for scoring drives.
A TD pass by Joey Halzle puts them up to 50.
How high will they go?

Touchdown Brown again
In his press conference this week, Stoops said that Chris Brown was one of the most talented player on the team, but wasn’t as flashy as DeMarco Murray.
Stoops knows one thing, Brown can score TDs. He had five scores last year, just in games against Missouri.
He’s got two against the Mocs.
Sooners just scored again.
Make it 43-0.
Jimmy’s off the hook
So much for Stevens’ missed PAT throwing the score off. The Sooners have a safety.
The Mocs snapped it out of the end zone.
29-0.
Murray scores again; Five far away?
Here’s another history lesson for you. Last year against North Texas, DeMarco Murray scored five TDs in his debut.
Against the Mocs, he has two TDs and 71 yards after a quarter.
We’ll keep you posted.
Kicking troubles?
There was an anticipated battle between Jimmy Stevens and true freshman Tress Way for the kicking duties. Stevens missed his third PAT of the game. The question is whether Way will come in and see what he can do.
Chaney grabs a touchdown catch
Bradford has already used five different receiving targets in the first quarert, including Quentin Chaney, who grabbed a touchdown pass.
Manny Johnson, Juaquin Iglesias, Jermaine Gresham and Brody Eldridge also have catches.
Murray’s TD
DeMarco Murray goes over the top for OU’s first TD.
Bradford looking streaky again
Last year, Sam Bradford had a string of 21 straight completions and 22 straight. Against the Mocs, Bradford completed his first eight – and an interception in the end zone that was called back by a flag.
OU looking smooth at 14-0 and getting ready to score again.
That was fast
The game’s about eight minutes old and Chris Brown has already scored. “Just like they worked on in practice,” says Merv Johnson.
The over under on plays before OU scored was three. It took eight. Good mix and match of carries by Brown and Murray. Bradford 3-for-3 in the first series.
