Men’s Hoops: Breaking down Blake’s stats

Oklahoma freshman forward Blake Griffin ranks No. 1 in the Big 12 Conference (league games) in rebounds per minute and No. 3 in points per minute. Projected to 40 minutes,
Griffin is averaging 25.7 points and 14.8 rebounds per Big 12 contest.

The 6-10, 243-pounder is averaging 14.8 points and 8.5 rebounds in just 23.0 minutes per league outing (he played just five minutes against Kansas on Jan. 14 before leaving the game with a sprained MCL in his left knee).
