Football: OU gets two commits
Sunday, OU received committments from junior college linebacker Mike Balogun and defensive back David Sims. Balugan will be good insurance in case J.R. Bryant signs with OSU. Sims has terrific speed (rumored to be a 4.4, 4.3 guy) and could make an impact immediately in the secondary.
OU is still hoping to snag blue-chip receiver Julio Jones, set to visit Norman this weekend.

It would be good to have Julio Jones come but we have other great WR. We need alot of good players for our defence. I don’t think Loadholt is living up to his billing. I think he is just too stinkin big, he can’t seem too move and get leverage too run block. And he has way too many personal fouls against him. If you can’t keep your head your going too hurt your team in the long run. BOOMER SOONER!!!
