I do not like the one-and-done scenario. Blake Griffin played 3 years at OU, so Smart is better than Blake Griffin? Tony Allen didn’t leave after just one year. Why should any kid go pro after just one year in college? Just sit tight and mature a year. You may be good in college, but the NBA is a whole new ball game. Durant was good with one, but I don’t see Smart as good as Durant is. Would Durant have said he would have liked to go one more year of college? He probably would.

The student are rolling out. They’re filling up the sections and rooting hard. The alumni and other ticket holders that have tickets need to show up. This is not hard to notice if you go to the games or watch on TV.

He is going to be the best player and certainly the best professional basketball player from OSU in my lifetime. He has just amazing upside and his ability to be an onguard defensive player separates him from almost all others. He will have to improve his outside shot and ball skills for the NBA but I just love watching him play. Sure a great kid I hope he gets to fulfill his dreams and ours.

It’s hard to imagine why he would not go into the draft, after the season he’s had. OSU hasn’t had many as good as Marcus, so fans aren’t used to it. But like all other Cowboy fans, I hope he plays one more year at OSU..!
