I have always liked Ford. I hope there aren’t any players going One-and-Done. I think Smart could have a chance to, but I hope he stays at least one more year. This team has good chemistry and your college days are so fleeting, then it’s time to go to WORK.

Ford has clearly improve things this season, and things should get better with Cobbins and Williams returning and rounding into playing shape. The lack of depth, the injuries, and the defections of the last couple of seasons have taken a big toll, but this year’s squad seems a lot more cohesive and committed to what it takes to be successful. Time will tell, of course, but this team is better now than it was a month ago, and will be even better in another month, when it counts. Things are definitely looking up.

It is getting harder and harder for the Ford haters. The most amazing comment I read the other day was a “fan” hoping the Pokes would win out, so Ford would get other job offers. Now that really makes sense!
