Brad (and others). JW is a terrific talent and would have been great in the Zac Robinson era zone read offense that featured a mobile QB. And he can throw the ball straight downfield up to about 20 yards effectively, either from the pocket or on a rollout. But he cannot manage the deep outs, nor can he stretch the field on deep routes, or double move routes. He just doesn’t have the arm for that. As long as Gundy is committed to the Air Raid, JW will be a situational player.

T111th in kickoff return yardage defense and 114th in punt return yardage defense. How did that work out not naming a special teams coordinator, Gundy?

Walsh is an under rated qb that I believe will be more effective as he gets to play more. Seems great to have three good qb’s at State.

Interesting….when we watched J.W. at TBP stadium in a game?

A lot of people held their breath in the stands when he threw cause they just seemed like border-line lame ducks ??
But, they always hit the target & DB’s had a hard time defending them ??

Then I read a 170 passer rating & the kid can run too …

I know he only played part of the season …I’m just saying ??
