		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t know if he&#039;s the right guy or not, but juggling 3 jobs at MU clearly had him tired.  So the question is, would have have those same jobs, or just the OC duties.  Yes, everyone recruits, but he wouldn&#039;t have the added RC duties above the normal recruiting.  I say that but realize that I don&#039;t know who our RC is - it surely wasn&#039;t Monken, was it?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I also am one that seems to get burnt out every 10 years or so in my profession.  Every time I take a new job at another place I am ready to tackle the World. I would have no problem with the choice. I have all confidence in Coach Gundy making the right choice for his offensive coordinator!!]]></description>

If in fact he turned out to be a great Offensive coach OSU and Gundy will not have to worry about him leaving and having to refill the job.
