Nice blog, I only have one disagreement….I totally HATE the grey part of the unis…the colors are Orange and Black, not Orange and Grey!! Ugly. At least they should change the grey helmets and replace them with Orange. The tradition has always been Orange, Black and White. They need to stick with it. I hope Lunt plays against ISU. Go, Pokes!!

Both of the calls on Nico Ornelas were very questionable. He obviously was pushed from behind on the targeting call. (By the way, aren’t all the guys trying to tackle a punt returner “targeting” him?)On the call for leaping over a blocker for the punt team, again it was pretty obvious on replay that he jumped straight up and was blocked into causing him to go over the blocker. Those calls need to be reviewed by the Big 12 officials.

You wonder why OSU didn’t try to recruit Kansas’ Jake Love. The red-shirt freshman had 12 tackles against OSU and really helped shore up the run defense for the Jayhawks. He’ll be a good player for KU going into the rest of the season, and may see playing time against OU this weekend. Will be interesting to watch the Tonkawa player.
