There were many times that the ends weren’t able to contain and were severely burned to the outside. I also relate that with the lack of pass rush and giving Ash so much time to throw. I think the Defensive backs are missing the speed of last year’s ends more than anything right now. Ash wasn’t pressured all game. I think that allowed him to step into his throws and make them spot on, something that the long ball was lacking in the previous games.

I have a feeling that guy could be a bit of a highlight reel both as a ball hawk and punisher back there. Mitchell is a strong back-up for Lewis and there are other guys that can fill in; but we have a problem in the secondary that needs to be corrected.

Johnson was out an hour before the Arizona game doing drills by himself and the next moment he was riding by us on a cart… still not sure what happened.
