Sure like that Desmond Roland. He made a good stop on special teams kickoff duty, had a good run or two, made a catch (I think). He's a super athlete and glad to see he's being used by the Cowboys. Randal is an outstanding back. He seems to get stronger every week. Walsh is superb at running and throwing. That 27 yard run of his was great ! We're just young. We're getting there and I like the direction we're going. In this league you can't be on top every year, but you keep working toward that goal, and I can see the work in progress.

Thanks! Its better to learn, look like a good team, or have a moral victory from a loss, then just get beat and every way possible and look like a bad team in a bad loss and not learn anything like uo did against k-state right? In other words some losses you can learn from I believe we learned alot from this loss. Like the "best" defense in the big XII had a problem stopping our offense with a backup qb in. This offense is........scary good!!!!

How did OSU outplay Texas for 99% of the game, when Texas led for most of the game. Congrats on the moral victory!

This is obviously after the game but O-State outplayed Texas for 99% of the game. Horns made couple big plays which were mistakes that can be corrected and not made by superior atheletes. Officials made bad call with not admitting Horns fumble on TD run which needs to be addressed as this non-call cost State a loss in conferance standings. It's obvious that winner of Big 12 will have at least 1oss but no team needs any help with losses. State has alot to look forward to if Horns have best defense in league, and that includes even a possible Big 12 championship. State has a few issues on defense that Young will address and improvement will be seen and was seen in some areas tonight. Facts are, State has reached point that they are very close to closing gap in talent to Big Boys on a every year level and I can think on no-one who would play Horns to end and should have technically won with their back-up QB running the show. State has nothing to hold head down after this performance and should use this to build on. Biggest suprise of the night was the way back-up freshman corner took snaps for Gilbert. The young man can play defense. Gundy has done a great job and Staters should be very proud to have him. He outcouched Horns with less but Pokes should learn many lessons from near miss against a team loaded with talent. The sky's the limit for this group of Pokes. Their tough, have very good talent, and playing as a unit better. With just a little help on defense with more big mobile front linemen they will be in top 10 every year!
