Yes, Chelf is still on the roster. But he is now the third-string quarterback. Walsh is the backup, which is why he entered the game when Lunt went down.

If memory serves Texas used a running quarterback by the name of McCoy to cause the Pokes heartaches. Maybe the shoe will be on the other foot this time around.
