This is a team game. Coach Gundy has developed a system and no one is bigger than the system: No coach and no player. To achieve consistent success – year in, year out – everyone must conform to the system.

If you won’t conform, then you’re fired and replaced by someone who will. It’s as simple as that. If they can’t figure it out on a football team, then they will figure it out in the workforce in the real world.

The big difference between Gundy and Stoops is that Gundy talks the talk and walks the walk when it comes to discipline.
It’s all about doing the right thing with Gundy and after a few warnings, the player is done and gone.

Stoops gives 4-5 “second” chances, which is very weakkneed and shows his two-faced cowardice.

Gundy IS a man.
Stoops is an wuss.
