Akron is BIG featuring a seven foot senior center expected to be taken in the NBA draft. Four returning starters and deep, deep, experienced bench. The Zips shot themselves in the foot last season by doing immature off court antics. Wont happen this season.

Incoming freshmen are talented and tall. Two excellent point guards and lots of senior leadership.

Do not take the Zips lightly. Ask Mississippi State who fell to Akron in Starkville last season.
