I would put a off field performance bonus / penalty in each pro players contract. I would also put a performance contract in each College Coache’s and assistants contract for their players academics and behavior. All should be held accountable for their actions and non actionsl. We need to have Pro and College ball cleaned up. I am tired of prima donna players and lack of accountablility by Coaches. Maybe they would be more selective on who they recruit and teach their players civility and sportsmanship. Oh, did I say “Sportsmanship” almost forgot there was such a thing!

Give him the same money, but hild a couple mil out each year to give him when he stays out of trouble—In FACT that would be a good idea for all of them—-Their agents would be the best ambasadors for the franchises because it would also cost THEM money. If I was Justin I would hire a driver.
