That Baylor game in 05 was not RG3. If I remember right we had a LOT of turnovers and spotted Baylor a huge lead and nearly came back to win at the end but couldn’t overcome our own miscues and the huge hole we dug ourselves.
Next week will be tough but we should be able to win if the O and D play like they are capable!

Well let me recant, I guess it was 2005, the only year in the history of the Big XII that Baylor defeated us. Surely it could not have been Robert Griffin, seems however that they had a very mobile QB. The point being that this is not the same Baylor team we’ve come to enjoy chalking up a victory when the plane hits the ground. We’ll have to go out and earn this victory.

I thought it was a huge win. Some younger players really stepped up, and Joseph Randle proved once more how versatile he is to this team. I would caution however that OSU has had a history of problems being able to contain mobile QB’s as will be the case next week when Baylor comes to town. We all know what happened the last time we faced Robert Griffin. We may have handled K-State with our “B” game, but we’d better have our “A” game next week when Baylor comes to town. Bill, you need to assign a designated rusher and everyone needs to contain.

Haha, I think that was the least productive 500 yards of offense I have ever seen.

But in all seriousness, this defense played with a chip on their shoulder. You could tell they were embarrassed by the way they performed against Nebraska and made it their mission to improve immediately.

Congrats to the special teams for finally putting together a great game in every area. Going up against the best kick return unit in the nation wasn’t going to be easy but they took the challenge and performed very well.

They have to be more disciplined and cut down on the penalties but to be able to win on the road through the adversity and not playing their best football proves that this program is becoming scary good.

Good solid win today by the Pokes. After struggling early; the offense started performing more efficiently while the defense was solid. quinn Sharp excellent as usual.

OSU was clearly the more talented team.
OSU is a definite top 15 team and possibly a top 10 team.
Good team victory. All phases performed well:
offense, defense, and special teams
good coaching also

Defense was definitely focused on sure tackling. I didn’t think the Broderick Brown hit was near as bad as they made it out to be on tv. Overall solid performance.

What would OU look like without Broyles and Kenney in addition to Dejuan Miller? Better or worse offensively than OSU today?
