Absolutely hillarious! One game suspension. I think OSU needs to suspend Gundy, “permanently”. He’s making way too much money and doing way too little for OSU’s cause in winning a Big XII Championship. He looks good with his spiked hair, but he doesn’t speak well. Even Pat Jones doesn’t studder so much anymore. Come to think of it, a three point win over Troy isn’t anything to brag about. Gundy and Stoops are both “failing miserably” at the expense of Oklahoma taxpayers!

Believe me, I know all about Carrollton, TX. The truth of the matter is is that the cop probably stopped them because he saw an “African Ameican” at the wheel in the wee hours of the morning. Must have been his “lucky day”!

Let me tell you something. Back when I lived in Dallas back in the late 70′s, Valley View Mall off LBJ and Northpark Mall were the premiere places to shop in Dallas. You can compare that to Shephard Mall and Crossroads in OKC. It’s nasty now! Harry Hines Blvd was nasty back then, can’t imagine what it’s like now! Dallas is not without it’s problems and Carrollton is a “sheltered community”. It’s a communtiy that is dying on the vine. Elderly people who can’t afford to move elsewhere but aren’t tolerant of those who by-pass their fair city. You should be so lucky, you should have to live in a city like OKC where you have “two” major interstates dissect you city.

Had any of them had much to drink they would have arrested the whole lot of them! They would have booked them for “Public Intoxication”. They could essentially arrest anyone who had two beers at Eskimo Joe’s after a football game. If you’ve got an OU sticker on your car you won’t even get pulled over in the State of Oklahoma. Stick an OSU sticker on your car and they stop you just to check your license and registration.

Disappointed that we’re serving up justice (suspension survey) without even all of the details. Based on what we have so far, this doesn’t compare to the 4 college FB player examples Chatmon and Hensley used in their article today (“Blackmon gets to address his DUI”). All 4 (Drake, Buchanan, Hogan and Madu) WERE drunk and all failed sobriety tests – Buchanan had a .164 BAL and Madu had a .19 BAL. Drake and Buchanan had 2 game suspensions and Hogan and Madu had 1 game suspensions. (BTW, Hogan’s 1 game suspension apparently also covered his earlier run in with the law just 5 months before his DUI.) If Blackmon has a similar BAL, looks like a 1 game suspension may be in order. Anything less and I think Gundy can take care of it and we can quit being judge and jury…
