Oh these questions are coming in endlessly. But let’s just respect these reorganization. I believe the team coach or administrator knows his team better than we do, who only watch and appreciate their games. Go Cowboys!

Gundy knows what he is doing,let him do his job.
Not Gundy’s fault Dez Bryant did not play most of season,when Dez ruled inelgible the deep threat was gone and then defenses could clamp down on other receivers.
Personally I would like to see Gundy let the new guy Halverson call plays if Kingsbury comes aboard that is even better,this Leach system works and if you do not match up talent w UT and OU every year,it would be a system that allows you a chance to beat them once in a while.
TT certainly did w Leach style offense,not the question is
can Halverson do the same thing.
Hopefully that is the case but Leach was a genious at what he did and there are not many like him anywhere so we shall see.

Apparantly, Gundy wants to be everything – head coach, offensive coordinator, quarterbacks coach, and play caller. As a result, he is not doing good at anything. Get an OC who will call plays and a QB coach and then Gundy can be the head coach, for which he was hired.
