As a High School and Middle School teacher, I shudder at the thought at what would happen to my career as an educator, if I cursed at a student in such a manner as Ford did. I would be looking for a job (and rightfully so). Parents and players should not tolerate coaches cursing athletes at any level. I have often heard my own children and their teammates be victimized by coaches with vulgar and foul language. I for one would like to see Ford dismissed for this. I wonder what goes on in the other sports venues. All sports might need to heed the warning. Ford's conduct has given my alma mater a black eye, not to mention the damage to regruiting.
