Dez Bryant got away with alot at Oklahoma State also. He is a gifted athlete but seems headed down the same path as Terrell Owens.

Oldtimer sounds like another one of those OU fans eager to jump on anyone remotely connected to OSU and trash them. Dez is a diva??? That’s laughable…he was the first rookie to sign a contract and showed up early the first day of practice. He could no doubt have held out and gotten more money, but chose to put teammates and career first, ahead of a few extra dollars. Unlike, say, Michael Crabtree, or more recently, OU Sam.

Crayton’s whining sounds a lot more like jealousy/sour grapes than anything else. And even if you think something like that, a REAL teammate does not trash talk his mates, or even ex-mates. I think we can see who the diva in this case is, and it isn’t Dez.

Nathan sounds like one of those Cowboy (OSU and/or Dallas) fans that think their guys can do no wrong. Don’t you think Crayton is still in touch with his former Cowboy team mates?

Dez is talented no doubt but wasn’t everyone aware of his diva behavior even while he was at OSU? What about his pre draft workouts and the shoes episode as well as the typical rookie hazing incident with Roy William’s pads.

All of this seems typical of an immature, highly skilled athelete who has grown up only physically.

If the Cowboys would entertain trade offers for Dez, then it must be serious. And no, I dont think Dez was treated fairly by the NCAA – but he was hanging out with someone who was more likely to cause him problems than to help him and then lied about it – again immature.

What the hell would Crayton know about Dez’s behavior? How would he know if Dez “gets away with a lot of stuff?” This guy is just shooting off his mouth.
