Thunder forward Nick Collison undergoes knee surgery
The lack of injuries played a huge role in the Oklahoma City Thunder’s success this season, but OKC wasn’t injury free. Nick Collison missed seven games, about half of them due to a right knee injury he had surgery for Tuesday.
The Thunder announced Wednesday that Collison will begin rehabilitation immediately and is expected to resume his off-season training later this summer. Oklahoma City Thunder forward/center Nick Collison underwent successful arthroscopic surgery yesterday on his right knee. The seven-year veteran averaged 5.9 points and 5.1 rebounds in 75 games.
