Daly’s “practice rounds”

I missed the John Daly interview session, but some folks nearby tell me it was a roar.
Daly said he skipped three days of practice rounds at Southern Hills to make the round at Cherokee casino. Daly said he mostly played the slots for two days (one story making the rounds was that he dropped $60,000) but did find time to play the golf course there — in a cart.
The folks at the casino gave him the course to himself from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. one day.

Sir, do the decent thing and suspend Jenni Carlson w/o pay or have her issue some type of aplogy to the family of the player she slammed, not the coach mind you, he was able to get out what was on his mind, but to apologize to the player(s) would due her a great deal of good. She could turn this whole thing right around.

I agree with the first response above…why didn’t you post a blog concerning Jenni Carlson’s article about Bobby Reid?
After I read her article, I had wondered …what exactly
was her point? … why did she write all this “stuff”(about his mother bringing him a meal etc )… what did she hope to accomplish?
She obviously didn’t care about Bobby Reid at all…and she had to know that it would create quite a stir…and in deed it has…
I’m thinking that many subscribers agree and will discontinue
your newspaper and the DOK will also lose advertising dollars.
You need to re-evaluate whether she should stay.
At the very least …your paper and Ms. Carlson owe Bobby Reid and his family a public apology.
Just stopping by to look at the face of a “man” who can’t admit that he is wrong. Supporting Jenni Carlson and her character attack on Bobby Reid is ridiculous. And your paper has the audacity to question Bobby’s manhood?
Truly, admit that a mistake was made and apologize. It doesn’t seem like it is that difficult of a concept to grasp.
Why don’t you write a new blog relating to the garbage your writer jenni vomitted on us this past week. Congrats on making your sports section the worst in American newsprint.
