Grass was the first Tepper novel I read and I absolutely love it. I looked up Shadows End and I believe I’ve also read that one. Also, I’ve cracked Raising the Stones and Sideshow. Shadows End didn’t leave as strong an impression on me as her other books, but I do remember (if it’s Shadows End) the big creature at the end who puts humanity in its place.LOL
