		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m reading the Franzen novel. He&#039;s kind of compelling in a weird kind of way and I often ask myself why I bother with his work.  Anyway ROOM sounds a little creepy to me and I remember thinking - pass on reading this one - when I first read the review.  IMMORTAL LIFE is on my list though.]]></description>
