		<description><![CDATA[I loved the music too, and I had just heard the Aaron Copland version of &quot;Simple Gifts&quot; playing in the background over and over at the very cool American Arts &amp; Crafts exhibit at the Western Heritage Museum.  What a perfect theme song.

Apparently some in the world of classical music were less impressed:
