		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the kind offer, I&#039;m adding a few store bought to the pile, since there have been some great deals lately. I think Ravelry looks like a great place and I&#039;ve  sent an email for an invite to the community.
Finished a couple this weekend. With more football games in sight I&#039;ll be knitting away through them.

		<description><![CDATA[I have a hand knitting machine that can be used to make scarves en masse (more or less).  They still required hand-finishing (it knits in stockinette, but converting a couple of columns of stitches to make it ribbing is pretty simple.  I&#039;m 45 minutes SW of OKC, but if you get down to a crazy time crunch, feel free to look me up at carly (dot) purcell (at) gmail (dot) com.  Substitute the characters for the words in parenthesis, remove the spaces, and you&#039;re good to go!

There are some online groups (YahooGroups &amp; Ravelry to name two) that are really good with the knitting patterns.
