Main Street Arcade Renovation Starting?
Last year we noted that R.D. and Scott Smith, Cosair Cattle Co., had submitted plans for renovation of the Main Street Arcade. It looked like this:
Plans for renovating the Main Street Arcade, restoring its original use as retail and commercial space.
I’ve tried, without luck, to reach the Smith brothers to talk about this project. All I know, at this point, is that the awnings are off and it appears some work is underway:

I was wondering what the deal was with that building. I was over there taking pictures just a couple of weeks ago.
