I’m ok with either design, but the renderings I am looking at seem to depict all brick (not 41% stucco) I kindof like the contrasting brick colors…gives more visual interest.

This looks very nice. Almost Bostonian in the shape and style. I love it. I would’ve jumped for joy i they added an additional level at the bottom for retail but not everything can be mixed use. lol

Better…but the entry looks like it was designed by committee or a fresh grad with no since of proportion or scale. Yeah we know its the entry loose the stupid popped parapet and the grey cyst around the door.

Not to be picky here Steve but it wasn’t Urban review that kept the “little excitement” proposal 2 from being built – they had approval. It was the tanking economy in 2008 that made this new proposal (which is much better) even possible. But I understand what you’re getting at.

This design is so much better than I thought we would get from this space, and 100x better than the original plan. So happy to see this back and what a great addition to north bricktown this would be. Would love to see a cafe or some kind of restaurant on the ground floor by the lil patio they have.
