Great job! I appreciated your question at the end about mixed uses for the district. Unfortunately the thing that I was most curious about was not directly answered. You asked about student housing for the area and the response primarily centered on commercial opportunities. Do you see the lack of a direct response to your question as just being an oversight on their part, or do you think that this is not even on their radar?
