		<description><![CDATA[i&#039;m really thrilled to see something happening in the vicinity.  that said, i&#039;ve gone from being a young man to now being middle-aged and the lack of progress visible from stiles circle is underwhelming, to say the least.  not that some brave souls didn&#039;t make the effort, they certainly did.  i was actually personally acquainted with one investor who is now unfortunately deceased.  i&#039;ll be the first to say that the area is ripe for growth, and certainly has geography going in its favor.  however, it has also had geography (and an interstate) working against it, too.]]></description>
