		<description><![CDATA[love the carl smith postcard.  he was one of okc&#039;s top car salesmen back in the day.  however, i&#039;m pretty sure that dealership was located at 13th &amp; harvey (or walker), and not located on broadway.  i think at one time it was also fretwell&#039;s.  the building is still standing, and is recognizable.  i think it&#039;s called abel&#039;s rents, or something like that.]]></description>
