He was a true gentleman. I loved his upbeat attitude and will miss his smile. We should all strive to treat people the way he treated people–respect and a smile.

I had the privelege of working with Judge Manger on two occassions. When I was rehired with the City and got to come back to Courts, Judge Manger was so delighted that I was able to come back. He told me he was so glad I was back. He always offered encouraging words to everyone. He affectionately gave us all nicknames that we all joked about. He always told us all what good jobs we were all doing and that meant a lot. You could always depend on Judge Manger to make you smile. My sincere condolences are with his family. The world has lost a great man. In his famous words: Judge Manger, now its time for us to tell you, “You did a good job and you need to know it”. We love you and miss you already.

My name is Gary Sparks and I worked with “Bill” at the AT&T plant in OKC. We were kindred spirits of a sort, he being from New Jersey and me being from Maryland. He was my friend and I shall miss him. My sincere condolences go out to his family and friends.

My name is Sharon Jones and I am en employee of the Municipal Court and first I want to offer my sincere condolences to the family of Judge Manger. I had only been working in Courts for the past year but knowing him was a joy. You dont have to know someone forever to know that person is someone special. I had recently started working as a court clerk with him and enjoyed every minute of his humor and calling me “kid” and his encouraging words to me in the court room. He will forever be missed. RIP Judge Manger

We all called him Judge or Judge Manger. He always came in with a smile on his face and said HI to everyone. He will be missed very much. I will never forget when he would come in to the office and call me ” Gramps “. It was my honor to have the chance to work a person like him.
