Most of his work, including this, suggests the absurdity of taking life too seriously, given its brevity. If you feel the need to explain this to a child, you are most likely a prime example of this absurdity.

Also, who said Wayne’s drug addled mind thinks this is art? It seems like he is just painting a building and other people are trying to label it as art.

It does not bother me except that Wayns drug addled mind, thinks this is art worth seeing. A three year old child does better. His music is about as desirable to listen to as a jet engine. His visual art is about as nice to look at as dog poop.

Which is all about all I consider him worth.

I’ve got a nine-year-old who thinks that “fart” is the funniest word in the English language (it is). And he and I argue about which is more humorous, “balls” or “nuts” (“nuts,” definitely).

I think pepperoni-breasted peeing lady is great. I think the robot riding the unicorn is even better. I would love to take my kids to get pricy, occasionally too dry cupcakes and show it this piece to them as a way of explaining the various things that art does and how, as individuals, we choose how to experience it.

And also that you can’t spell “fart” without “art.”
