I am also concerned with unwanted elements coming into my hood. This doesn’t appear to targeted to the hip hop crowd though. Looks like they are targeting folks from the burbs. Do we really want Mooreons and Yukonites invading uptown. Seems like Toby Keith’s already accompdates them in the downtown area.

All are potential customers of your new venue.

You might consider there are good public relation moves, and there are bad public relation moves.

This is just a suggestion, but you might want to not rely on the Integris approach when you address someone with a concern.

I agree with the points regarding transparency of plans, but I do think this dialogue could be more productive with less combative style of communication. Doesn’t help anything to flame people to pieces and personally, think it needs to be moderated a bit.

Thanks Steve that is exactly my point. Whether this type of establisment is a good fit for the location NO MATTER WHAT CLIENTELE it attracts. Danny as Steve has so graciously offered contact him and clear this up NOW!

Danny let me educate YOU a bit aka “take you to school”. This is NOT THE FIRST project that was advertised as one thing and a completley different venue when opened.

Danny, Steve has given you a golden opportunity to clear this up, IF you have any knowedge about it.
