As far as the lights being installed or turned on, it’s probably best to just set back and relax. As we say in
Oklahoma, it will happen “some of these days.” Probably not
a good idea to call or inquire, or you might be told that
you are being “harrassing” or (worse) being “aggressive”
and you wouldn’t want that to happen.

Or use a flashlight.

I was out with a friend walking the Myriad Gardens and touring around downtown during our first really cold, rainy snap. (They were prepping the skating rink in the Gardens at the time, so I think it was before Thanksgiving.) Couldn’t see a darn thing! It should be expedited because it’s a public safety issue.
