I miss the Taste the Caribbean restaurant that was in this building. Jamaican patties, curried goat, and brown cicken. It was fantastic, and unlike anything else in central OKC.

I used to eat there all the time about 15 years ago or more – it was a Mexican restaurant and they had the best enchiladas. Love that building – thanks for writing something about it.

i used to eat there more than twenty years ago. it was a great little diner with good food and cheap prices. as i sat there eating, i became aware of the sieber across the street, and remembered reading about it in “the vanished splendor.” i used to fantasize about “what if” that old building were returned to its former glory. glad to see not everything has been torn down in oklahoma city.

I always thought this building would be a great breakfast nook with bagels and what not. Hoping it is a success as it is easy to get too coming and going.
