		<description><![CDATA[i have a strong emotional attachment to that building.  my father worked in it for halliburton back in the 60&#039;s and 70&#039;s, and actually passed away in it.  it was a very nice building, quite the place with attached attended elevator parking.  he liked to go to anna maude&#039;s for lunch, or to the petroleum club.

as far as i&#039;m concerned, mr. dowell has my full support.  interestingly enough, dowell corporation was halliburton&#039;s competition back in the day.  &quot;dowell saves halliburton piece of history.&quot;]]></description>
