as far as i’m concerned, mr. dowell has my full support. interestingly enough, dowell corporation was halliburton’s competition back in the day. “dowell saves halliburton piece of history.”

Just ask him, and he’ll probably give you a tour. Just be prepared to walk up 20 floors because the elevators, last I was there, aren’t running yet. Gotta wonder if he’s passing up a lot of money by aiming to make that floor his own.
