Walking Along the Oklahoma River at Night

So what is one to do when one is given the harsh reminder that Bricktown is too lame to stay open after 10 p.m. on a Tuesday? A few months had passed since I last enjoyed a glimpse of the Oklahoma River at night … needless to say, it’s stunning.

It is pretty down there at night. Don’t see many opportunities to enjoy it though.

Sadly, I know people who wouldn’t dream of visiting the area after 10 p.m., despite telling them I’ve never experienced any safety concerns in my own too in frequent visits.

might be stunning if you had resturants, clubs, boating and other entertainment options but just to look at the river?

It is stunning when you stroll along at what’s in place, think of what’s planned, and easily still recall when it used to be merely a grassy ditch that from time to time collected enough runoff to resemble a creek.
