Testamentary Trust with a building address of 712 NW 6th St. The trust shows the trustee is Richard S. Karam which may be an attorney in Edmond. The address for tax purposes goes to 1620 Norwood Place, OKC, OK in care of Ted Adwan Jr. Ted Adwan appears to be the primary owner of Adwan Investment Company out of Nichols Hills. The Adwan Investment Company has the same address of 1620 Norwood Place which is where the tax bills for this building are paid/sent.
