And the feedback should certainly be shared with those overseeing the endeavor. NorthCare serves a tough population. It’s a miracle that many of these clients are able to interact with the general public given the severity of issues they are dealing with. At least we can put to rest the “profiteering” assumption.

The proceeds go towards their annual group trip. Just thought you ought to have some context.
