It&#039;s apparent now that the evaluation process has been deeply flawed and, while there is no evidence (or even allegations) of malfeasance, it is clear that the citizens of Oklahoma City are ill-served by the arbitrary, capricious process that appears to be in play.

It seems only fair to employ some sort of grid ranking/scoring system.... how can be get OCURA to do this.  If anything, it&#039;s for their own good, and will provide them with adequate cover from allegations of favoritism.]]></description>
