I don’t care for this because it is to massive on all fronts and there is no interior circulation. It looks like sonething for Downtown not for a Midtown spot transitioning to Heritage Hills.

Marva Ellards is better. This one seems a little too Eastern block in my opinion.

Remove the stupid fake cornice and this would be my vote. It gives a nod to historic brick facades without trying to be historic. It also has the right formula, structured parking, density, ground floor commercial, etc.

I like this. The more I look at it, the more I think I like it best. If he’s got the financing this time, and we can be sure he’ll go ahead if chosen, I’m fine with his plan being a top contender. I don’t really care if he had a prior chance and didn’t take it. If he’d gone ahead and built the Overholser Green, people would now be criticizing him for having built it, like they’ve criticized some of the other builders of for sale property. We’ve had unique economic times and I think he should get a clean slate.

Not bad, I like some of the on street parking but I could see problems with it as well.
But… I think Wiggins has had his shot at this site. Period.
