Unless Tanenbaum has some renderings that compare to this, I think this should be the winner.

Thanks for these Steve!

This is amazing. What a wonderful time for Midtown.

Marva Ellard’s detail of her proposal is very very nice. I’ve extracted the images from the PDF file you linked to and have posted them here at OkcTalk.com.

This is a big time proposal. I could see this building on Boylston Street in Boston. I love it.

The formula is correct. Structured parking, good density, small units with common space to “extend” your living quarters.

The aesthetic is terrible.

Hmm. Another Chad has appeared. I guess I’ll have to start typing yet another letter. *sigh*

Hands down winner in my opinion. Looks a bit like West Village in Dallas to me…which is a good thing. Wiggin’s design looks a bit plain and “The Edge” looks nothing more than a carbon copy of the town-homes that surround West Village on the western side, which are okay but not without the retail shopping and restaurant anchors that make that area of Dallas so great.

i hope marva gets it because she truly cares about midtown and the people who live there
