jbrown, sorry but I’m just not seeing the similarities. Don’t have a problem with the addition of the “swoop”, looks like balconies and some of the exterior archetictural (sp) details are now missing. Seems much “plainer”. Neither is exactly my style, but definitely prefer the original.

Larry, it looks pretty much the same as the original rendering, except they added the trademark “swoop roof” that some have mentioned. There’s also less color but I’m not sure if that’s just due to the different type of rendering.

We are excited about this project. From original design to this you will notice the following:
- Same overall design
- ALOFT swoof signature roof added
- Outside material identified (granite on lower levels, glass, concrete, MOZ metals,… No EIFS)

It is an Urban / Contemporary building and fit the area in style and function – also its an ALOFT. From side walk cafe, WXYZ bar, restaurants, and urban market to an Artist Corner that will feature a different local artist every month this will add character and feel to that market.

Hope it will have the same amount of rooms or more adding to the growing demand as more people are making OKC a vacation destination. Had a look at the original plan, thanks to Gary, I have to say the styles are definately dfferent.
