- Same overall design
- ALOFT swoof signature roof added
- Outside material identified (granite on lower levels, glass, concrete, MOZ metals,... No EIFS)

It is an Urban / Contemporary building and fit the area in style and function - also its an ALOFT. From side walk cafe, WXYZ bar, restaurants, and urban market to an Artist Corner that will feature a different local artist every month this will add character and feel to that market.]]></description>
