Not trying to be all “bah humbug” but there is just no comparison between those old pics and what is there now. One tree along the canal compared to block after block of street decorations? Auto Alley looks nice but before, every building was dressed up. It may eventually come back like it was, but it has decades to go at this pace. For comparison, take a pic of those same streets from the same vantage points today and compare with the old pics…
