Priorities

A reader posed the following question to me today:

“Why is the city intent on buying all the land in Core to Shore with price not being an obstacle on any transaction, yet they feel they need to go cheap on the one project that will make Core to Shore special?”"

There is no better time than now to build the future we want to see. We need to figure out a way, collectively, to make our leadership get this moment right.

I agree. We could settle for less or ultimately get this right the first time. This seems to be the status quo of Oklahoma City; promise something grand and undermine it in some way. I think concerned citizens have really had enough, this needs to be done right.
