Seems like this would make it difficult for a streetcar to go near the OKC MOA or Civic Center…at least east/west. Is that part of the discussion?

Here’s a quick answer from Assistant City Engineer Laura Story: If a bus can make it along Couch and Colcord, a modern streetcar will make it through.
(Both streets accommodate bus traffic)

Thanks for getting that answer, Steve. It might be a hairpin turn, but if it works, it works! I remember streetcars in Europe that take shortcuts across green spaces too (I can immediately think of one I remember in Amsterdam). I guess that could be a possibility, if necessary.
