Taco Tuesday: The Wrap-Up

Well, it looks like I got away with doing Taco Tuesday stories two days in a row. I’ll probably have to get back to doing serious, real news on Thursday. I had hinted that I might post some documents or provide a name and email address that, in retrospect, would possibly only appeal to those of you with questionable intentions.
So what’s left to say about Taco Tuesday that hasn’t been said already? I’ll leave it to professional television newsmen to provide some final analysis concerning the Iguana and Taco John’s:

No More Taco Tuesday at the Iguana?

Well, it looks like Taco John’s has decided to end this bit of fun at the Iguana Mexican Grill – at least when it comes to the use of the phrase “Taco Tuesday.” Because everybody thinks of Taco John’s and its failed Oklahoma fast food restaurants when they hear the phrase “Taco Tuesday,” right?

Here’s a video done by our own Dave Morris with a star cameo culinary customer performance by our own “Food Dude” Dave Cathey. After seeing this story exploding tonight on Twitter, it looks like we may need multiple investigative reporters at the Iguana Tuesday night. Of course, I never back down from a tough story…
