Dean, if this race will be so successful, why does the city need to subsidize it? Why not go out and find people who believe in it and want to invest in it?

I don't care. Let's repave the roads for the proposed road coarse. Business itself is risky business? Do you agree?

No Oklahoma City is not Daytona. I ask. Why do people always step out of their way to oppose change for the good?
That's because change is hard to get used too. All everyone hears from these reponses is basially "Mommy, I'm scared!"

Now let's push for Leman's and add more value to the city. Let the race begin. Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kansas, Missouri will all flock into Oklahoma City to see the race because originally the races are to far to afford! There is your numbers!

This makes Oklahoma City even more attractive to investors. Why not thriveon a new idea? Heck anything new people bash and put assunder. Get out of your prehistoric thinking and live life to it's fullest. Life is to short for worrying about 6.9million. It will be money well spent with a upcoming return 4 fold!

This is positive thinking. If you cannot think positive and dislike this statement then take some anti-depressants!!

Steve-
I would love to see the race come to OKC. I am still not sure where they need to race. I do not believe it should interfere with Project 180. Maybe they should run it on Lincoln around the capital.....who knows. But, Dallas had a Formula 1 race an entirely different beast than ALMS. They need to stop being so vague and come up with a plan that makes sense for all.
This could be a great event for our city, but they need to get the puzzle pieces fitting together.
