I think we’re beginning to see some general disdain for the mayor’s private agenda and the process by which he is ramming this through.

Am encouraged by this announcement by the Oversight Board.

Remember that the Oversight Board has only an advisory rule. They can study, make recommendations etc, but it is ultimately the Council’s decision and that only takes a majority vote. If the Mayor has 4 other votes already lined up for the adjacent Park site, this is all a moot point.
