SandRidge acknowledging India Temple was occupied, one floor, a few years ago in response to question by Board of Adjustment commissioner Jim Allen.
135 Building occupied as recently as 1999.

I think we’ve been through this already. It’s not entirely clear that the building could have been legally occupied. Questions were raised here, Steve “decided” not to follow- up, end of story.
